Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Headshots Photography's services. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking our services.

2. Booking and Payments​

• Booking Fee: A booking fee will be charged on larger shoot & quotes over £3000, A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your session date. This fee will be applied to your total session cost.

• Payment: The remaining balance is due within 14 days of image delivery. Payments must be made in full to Hacker Photography Ltd.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your booking with in 2 days of shoot date, a 50% cancellation fee applies unless the shoot is being rescheduled.

• Additionally, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred by Headshots Photography up to the cancellation date.

3. Copyright and Usage

• Copyright: Headshots photography/Hacker Photography retains full copyright of all images. Unless stated otherwise on the quote. 

• Client Usage: The Client is granted rights to use the images for personal and business purposes, such as websites, social media, and marketing materials, beginning upon full payment.

4. Image Delivery

• Format: High and low-resolution, fully edited images will be delivered by the specified deadline.

• Quantity: Hacker Photography guarantees delivery of the number of images specified in the brief or quote.

5. Liability and Indemnity

• Limitation of Liability: Headshots photography/Hacker Photography’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the return of all payments received.

• Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify Hacker Photography against any claims or damages arising from unauthorized reproduction of images.

6. Cooperation and Scheduling

• Cooperation: Both parties agree to communicate and cooperate to ensure optimal results.

• Scheduling: Headshots Photography will work according to the agreed schedule. If changes are required, both parties must agree in writing.

7. Miscellaneous

• Amendments: Any changes to these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

8. Additional Services

• Extra Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred due to changes requested by the Client will be billed.

9. Force Majeure

• Uncontrollable Events: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather), both parties agree to reschedule the session.
